MICHAEL TOMLINSON - Face Up In The Rain 1989 (Lite AOR/Westcoast) US

This Texas born artist moved to Seattle in the mid-80s, where he received radio play and performed concerts before the release of his first album, Run This Way Forever, in 1985. Face Up in the Rain was his third release, co-produced by artist/songwriter, Daniel Deardorff. Several songs on the album; All is Clear, Always Warming Me, Safe At Home, The Way We're Going, etc., are often still a part of the artist's concert songlist.Strong songwriting, insightful, uplifting lyrics and an unforgettably moving voice, the songs range from folk-pop and folk-rock to upbeat-jazzy and soaring ballads, romantic, soul searching and spiritual.
